The working principle of rotor oil pump.
The inner rotor and outer rotor are assembled in oil pump house with a certain eccentricity.
Inner rotor is fixed on drive shaft, outer rotor rotates freely, their each teeth converged on one point when inner rotor rotates with shaft.
It makes working chamber which rotates from oil inlet increase volume to generate vacuum to suck in the oil.
To keep the rotor rotating, the oil is carried to friction surface of other engine parts when the working chamber connect with oil outlet to reduce volume to increase oil pressure.
Oil pump won’t running until engine stop working, so it makes the route for lubrication oil circle round.
And the pressure limiting valve open or close is controlled by the high or low oil pressure to steady the comprehensive performance.
